TRI BIKE TRAINING RIDES// Elite Triathlete Kattie Carpenter has helped us prepare a bike training program for the summer/fall triathlon season. The bike program is now up and running.....pun intended. The primary ride for this group will be the Saturday morning ride. This ride is set up specifically for the Steelhead and Reeds Lake TRI's.
